Kyma Technologies announced today that Kyma's Chief Technology Officer Jacob Leach will present an invited talk at SPIE Photonics West in their Oxide-based Materials and Devices X Conference.
Dr. Leach's talk is entitled "Halide vapor phase epitaxy of α- and β-Ga2O3 films" and will summarize Kyma's recent developments of crystal growth tools and processes to support cost-effective growth of high quality Ga2O3 epiwafers for high voltage power electronics applications. This talk will be presented on Monday 4 Feb 2019 in Session 7 of the Oxide-based Materials and Devices X Conference on Ultra Wide Bandgap Oxide Semiconductors: Progress in Thin Film Growth III.
The Oxide-based Materials and Devices X Conference is one of several conferences within Photonics West and is co-chaired by David Rogers and Ferechteh Teherani of Nanovation and David Look of Wright State University.
SPIE Photonics West is the world's largest photonics technologies event, consisting of three conferences and two world-class exhibitions. It is held this year from 2-7 Feb 2019 at The Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.
