Semiconductor Growth Engineer

Kyma Technologies is a cutting-edge and fast-paced semiconductor materials company working on GaN and Ga2O3-based electronic and optoelectronic devices. We are currently looking for a Crystal Growth Engineer to develop GaN and Ga2O3 growth processes using Kyma's HVPE and MOCVD reactors and work with the sales team to fill customer orders.

Qualified candidates must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor. Candidates must be detail oriented, reliable, and self-motivated to contribute at a high level to driving sustainable growth of the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Development and sustainment of Kyma's crystal growth tool process (HVPE and MOCVD) to produce GaN and Ga2O3products
• Execute routine characterization of GaN and Ga2O3 products
• Compile and prepare data, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Use of JMP, Origin, Excel / MS Suite, In house software (data and inventory management system)

Qualifications

• Familiarity with semiconductor processes and/or semiconductor physics
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Deductive reasoning, critical thinking, and active listening skills
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new systems
• BS/MS degree in relevant area of study OR 5yrs experience
• US Green Card or Permanent Residents only, please.
